Support and data requests: mbcsoftllc@gmail.com

Making a request

Create an export, correction or deletion request in account settings, or email support. We may need to verify account ownership and the request scope.

Stopping contact

Use the unsubscribe link in an email or the relevant channel stop mechanism. A minimal suppression record may be retained to prevent a reimport from causing renewed contact.

Workspace records

Requests about data in a customer workspace may also involve that workspace’s data controller. Do not send identity documents or sensitive information in your initial request.
